Hi! We’re Emily and Nick, and we invest in vacant land across the U.S. Nick has a full-time job as a Mechanical Engineer and I, a former high school math teacher, stay home with our two young kids.
Vacant land was a big part of my childhood. I have very fond memories of heading to my family’s land in Northern Wisconsin as a kid. We spent years camping on the land in the summer using our pop-up camper, having campfires, fishing, and building forts in the woods with my siblings. Eventually my parents built a cabin on the land, and now are retired and have made it their permanent residence.
We would love to have the opportunity to help you find the perfect piece of property to fulfill your dreams, whether that’s land for camping or other recreational activities, land for a future home or cabin, or simply an investment to diversify your portfolio.
Since we own every property we sell and you’ll be working directly with us to buy your property, buying with us is a fast and straightforward experience, with no middle-man to work through. We know that buying real estate can seem overwhelming - but it doesn’t have to be. Let us guide you through the purchasing process and make your dreams of land ownership a reality! Any questions you have, either about the property or about the purchasing process will be discussed directly with us, the property owners.

We believe that everyone who wants to own their own land should be able to. However, we understand that not everyone wants to, or even can jump through all the hoops and pay the extra costs that the traditional property buying process entails (realtor fees, hefty closing costs, minimum credit score requirements, etc). When you purchase a property from us, you don’t have to pay commission to a real estate agent. If you choose to close directly with us rather than with a title company, there are no hidden closing costs. We offer owner financing because we believe land should be affordable for everyone.

The fact that we’re a small, family-owned company means that you will always be communicating directly with us. Any time you have a question, or in times when you may need help with a payment, we will personally be the ones to take your call.
