  • Yes, we own each property and usually sell directly to customers with no third party involved. This allows us to sell property inexpensively and makes the purchasing process very quick and easy. Occasionally we do sell our lots with the help of a realtor, in which case it will be clearly noted.

  • Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to do so. However, we do not show the properties - so please reach out to us prior to viewing the property to obtain location and GPS coordinates.

  • It couldn't be easier! Our process is so simple and hassle-free.

First: Select your property and choose a payment option. Choose between purchasing the property outright or setting up monthly payments using owner financing.*

Next: Submit the $249 document fee via credit or debit card and fill out a short form with your contact information. We will send the paperwork to you via email within 48 hours.

Lastly: Once you review and sign the paperwork, we will contact you to discuss payment options.

  • We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to own land - and so we're proud to be able to offer owner financing. Our program is very straightforward:

    - You reserve the property by paying the document fee.

    - We reach out to you to finalize all of the details

    - Both parties sign all of the necessary documents.

    - You submit your down payment and make monthly payments

    - We submit the deed to be recorded once the final payment has been made. Once it's recorded, you're officially the legal owner!

  • If you are purchasing the property outright, you are the legal owner once the deed has been recorded by the county.

When using owner financing, purchasers may not build or live on the land until the property has been completely paid off. If you’d like to use the land for occasional recreational activities, we require that you follow all county (and property owner association, if applicable) rules and regulations and remain current on your land loan.

  • The bills continue to get mailed to us until the final payment has been made and the ownership changes. We prorate the property taxes and any other dues related to your property and collect that with your monthly payments.
